About our 4 Week Block Courses
In these 4-week block courses, participants will learn a wide variety of drills and exercises to help them progress towards learning one particular skill such as aerials, back handsprings, walkovers, cartwheels, back tucks or whatever the focus may be for the month. This is the perfect session for those who have a particular goal they want to focus on, or as an add-on to an existing class. Whether you already train with us or you'd like to join us just for these skill block courses, we'd love to have you train with us!
These are highly hands-on sessions that will involve the use of acrobatic tumbling belts and spotting with the high ratio of teachers to students that we have in every class to help ensure students progress through skills safely and efficiently.

Prerequisites for Aerial Block Course
Students joining the Aerial Block Course should be able to perform a strong handstand, cartwheel and one handed cartwheel and have strong upper body and core strength.
Having these skills will allow them to transition into learning skills for side and front aerials in a strong and safe way. Please get in touch if you're unsure which level will be suitable for your child, and we will be very happy to assist you!
