Walkover Workshop  

10:00am - 11:30am

A specialised workshop for students wishing to learn or master their front and back walkovers. Suitable for those with a solid handstand and bridge. Participants will be taught progressions and drills to help in achieving walkovers. A hands-on class that will involve spotting and the use of acrobatic tumbling belts

 

Handsprings Workshop

11:30am - 1:00pm

A specialised workshop for students wishing to learn handsprings. Suitable for those with a solid handstand, and walkovers. Participants will be taught progressions and drills to help in achieving these skills. A hands-on class that will involve spotting and the use of acrobatic tumbling belts.

Front and Side Aerials Workshop

1:15pm - 2:45pm

A specialised workshop for students wishing to learn side or front aerials. Suitable for those with a solid cartwheel, and handstand. Participants will be taught progressions and drills to help in achieving these skills. A hands-on class that will involve spotting and the use of acrobatic tumbling belts.

Advanced Workshop
2:45pm - 4:15pm

A specialised workshop for advanced-level students. Participants should be able to do front and back walkovers, handsprings and side aerials. In this workshop, students will learn Back Tucks, Front Aerials, Layouts and other advanced skill variations with the assistance of acrobatic tumbling belts. A portion of the workshop will also be dedicated to group and partner tricks.

Adults & Teen Beginner Acro & Dance Tricks  
Saturday 22nd July, 5:00pm - 6:30pm 

An open Level Class for anyone age 13+. Skills will be adjusted to accommodate all levels. Some traditional acro skills will be taught and some dance tricks.
